TURKISH RAVIOLI


For Dough:
  • 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • Half-cup water
  • Half-cup milk
  • 1 tea spoon sugar,
  • Half-teaspoon salt,
  • Half-teaspoon yeast,
  • 1 tbsp oil
Preparation:

  1. Mix them up and make a nice dough and cover with the plastic bag, wait 15 min.
  2. Then, cut the dough into 9 or 10 pieces, cover again, wait 15 min. more
  3. Make 8 or 10 inch tortillas ( or you can buy the tortillas from the store)
  4. Roast one small onion with 5 tbsp oil in the pan,
  5. then add 2 or 3 garlic clover,
  6. add 1 1/2 pound ground beef,
  7. add 1 tbsp tomatoes paste
  8. After that add 2 medium size tomatoes
  9. Lastly add 2 cups water and let them boil (mix it all the time, don’t let it dry, it should be nice and juicy)
  10. Spread put the mixture on the tortillas
  11. Serve with a yogurt

CRANBERRY COOKIES


Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1-teaspoon baking powder
  • 5 tbsp butter.
  • Less than 1 cup milk or 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1-cup cranberry
  • Half cup white chips
  • Half cup butter scotch chips
Preparation:Mix up the flour, baking powder and butterThen add milk and make a nice doughAdd rest of them and make a rollCut them 8 to 10 pieces. Spray oil or non stick paper in a baking tray Bake at 380 F for 25 min or 30 min For glaze: 1 cup powder sugar, half cup lemon juice and 1 lemon zest mix in the panBoil the mixPut the glaze on the cookies (use the brush for glaze ).
