Ingredients:
- 5-6 carrots
- 3-4 tbs olive oil
- 3-4 clove garlic
- ¾ cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbs mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
- Parsley, a bunch
Preparation:
· Grate the carrots and sauté carrots and garlic in olive oil for about 10 minutes.
· Combine yogurt and mayonnaise, and mix this with fried carrots.
Decorate with parsley.
