Carrot Salad



Ingredients:

  • 5-6 carrots
  • 3-4 tbs olive oil
  • 3-4 clove garlic
  • ¾ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbs mayonnaise
  • Salt to taste
  • Parsley, a bunch


Preparation:

· Grate the carrots and sauté carrots and garlic in olive oil for about 10 minutes.






· Combine yogurt and mayonnaise, and mix this with fried carrots.




Decorate with parsley.
