For our 6th cooking class at Istanbul Center, we showed 2 recipes. One of them is Kisir, a traditional appetizer made with cracked wheat and vegetables; second one is Cigar Shaped pastry with cheese filling. Both are among the most favorite dishes of Turkish kitchen. Our class was also filmed by TRT int for the documentary program "New Horizons."
