FETA CHEESE BOREK WITH TORTILLAS

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 bunch Italian parsley, minced
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Cup Feta cheese, shredded
  • 1 Package of Tortillas (10 sheets) 8 SHEETS ENOUGH

DIRECTIONS

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together cheese and parsley.(This would be the filling of Borek)


2. In another bowl, mix together oil, eggs & water.(This would be the sauce of Borek)


3. Keep tortillas in warm water until they are soft.


4. One sheet at a time, place a tortilla in an oiled baking dish and apply the sauce on top of the tortilla.


5. Repeat this step for the first 4 Tortillas. Then spread the mixture of cheese and parsley till the surface is covered completely. After this step follow the same direction for the remaining tortillas.



6. After you finish the tortillas, cut Borek into square shape. And apply the rest of the sauce on very top of Borek.


7. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

8. Bake for 40-45 min. Your Borek is ready to be served.
